Digital Product Manager - Insurance

This is regarding the job opportunity with a leading Insurance Co

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 3-5 years into product development

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MBA preferred

Job role :

- Work together with the product owner to make sure the team's goals and objectives line up with the overall goals, strategy, and roadmap of the business.

- Work together with growth project managers to record user requirements

- Establish the product area's business value, support messaging, and communication in close collaboration with the main product owner.

- Manage the backlog's priorities and items, keeping it long enough to span several sprints.

- Apply market and industry expertise to transform user needs into worthwhile outputs and results.

- Establish the user stories, acceptance standards, and UAT plan.

- Work with SMEs to get professional advice, and reduce risk factors in the user stories.

- Select an output plan for the entire team, from conception to production.

- Facilitate weekly demos and release preparation with stakeholders.
