Responsibilities

Be the voice of the customer in building innovative digital products in a cross-functional team. Understand the problems from the users perspective and create solutions.

Work on the product roadmap, list the features with specifications, work with the design team to create wireframes and user flows (UX).

Collaborate across functions, including tech, design, and domain.

Build user stories and wireframes and spearhead the software development process at the whiteboarding stage.

Understand the data generated/captured by the product

Make sure the engineers are provided with stable user stories, specs, and change requests.

Track the defects in the application and triage them to increase the product's USP.

Write clear and concise product documents.

Understand our product, market, and competitors.

Analyse the user impact of the product's features and define key metrics for success.
