Digital Product Manager
- Liaison between Online Sales & Marketing and tech/design teams to get business requirements developed on the website, by coordinating with internal/external teams and keeping track of project timeline, including any global platform migrations to India market.
- Establishing a clear vision and roadmap and prioritization for the business requirement.
- Drive the refinement process with the team to break down features into detailed user stories.
- Owner of UX and UI on website - always customer first approach & Design Thinking approach.
- Continuous strive for conversion rate optimization (CRO) by rigorous analysis of customer journey and recommend improvement areas for the same to the business, including merchandizing
- Drives experiments around personalization, A/B testing etc.
- Map customer journeys and user personas to define and solve problems through products
- Research and implement best industry practise to provide excellent user experience including gathering any new requirements from business which will improve customer journey at platform.
- Work with business analyst to define and analyze key metric reports/dashboards for real time decision making.
- Serve as the "voice of the customer" for the cross-functional/external Agile platform & product delivery teams; represent and reinforce the customer's perspective throughout the product realization cycle
- Monitor platform speed, search and enhance features to continually improve customer experience and help improve conversion
- Continuously and transparently communicate the prioritization of the Product Backlog and the progress of development efforts via Sprint Reviews
- Outline a plan to create a competitive scalable product using key product development strategies and frameworks
- Evaluate product road mapping and prototyping decisions using various product
- Master's degree from a top university; plus four to eight years of related experience in managing products
- 4+ years' experience in a product owner role, preferable in an agile working setup
- Understanding of local & global digital channels and the evolving consumer business landscape, ability to think and work globally required
- Scrum Agile Experience / Advocacy: Experience with Agile development strongly preferred.
- Should have working knowledge of any ecom platform and have been a part of one such implementation
- Experience in UAT
