DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER (GRADE: SM / AVP)

(Team - Digital Banking @ BandhanBank)

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop future roadmap and strategy for the digitization of the Bank existing and new product offering.

- Conceptualize innovations and product development, seek business & cost approvals from senior management for the same.

- Develop all necessary documentation like PRD, BRD, and User Story etc. Manage & oversee executionofall product development/enhancement projects

- Experience in end to end implementation of Digital Assets like Mobile App (Android & iOS), Internet Banking, and Web Portals etc.

- Experience in project and program management for large scale transformation projects

- Good Communication & Writing Skills (Must)

Core Skills & Qualifications

- MBA from reputed college. Digital Banking certifications would bean added advantage

- Overall experience of 7+yearspreferablyintheBFSI/ Payment domain with specific experience in digital assets like Mobile Banking, Retail internet banking, Corporate Internet banking, Service portal and Web Portals

- Understanding of new and emerging mobility solutions, technologies & platforms
