Skills

- Has strong understanding of financial services products (preferably from consumer lending space)

- Should have knowledge about credit bureau suite of product (CIBIL score, experian Hunter, decision engines etc)

- Should have worked on third party integration such as PAN, Adhaar, etc

- Should be highly numerate (Good understanding of credit models)

- Ability to translate Business Requirements into neat UI and Tech requirements

- Keep pace with the latest web and mobile technology in the fintech (Lending/payments)

- Expert at developing wireframes, UX flows

- Has the ability to go deep and at the same time keep the product vision intact

- Desired Knowledge of HTML,CSS,Ajax,database, php etc. Enough to take a technical decision

- Well versed in tracking tools such as google analytics, Formismo etc.

- Great communication skills and a pacemaker

- Believes in improvement through iteration

- Should have managed the product in Agile method.
