Digital Product Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Product Analyst who will play a key role in defining the user requirements, feature prioritization, sprint planning, testing and execution to launch features on Vahak Mobile App, Website & Web-Apps.
Candidate will be reporting directly to CTO/CPO.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct proper user research and data analysis to provide product and technology teams with insights about underlying problems/opportunities within the market/product.
- Integrate & drive useful insights from mobile app and website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Firebase, Facebook Analytics.
- Track website & mobile traffic, user journeys to enable cross-channel marketing and collect insights about user behaviors & patterns driving conversions and retention.
- Define data requirements for new ideas & testing. Develop testing methodologies and work in collaboration with developers to see timely results.
- Define customized dashboards as per team's analytics requirements.
- Analyze relevant metrics & KPIs to continually improve company's product offerings.
- Collaborate and provide assistance to designers in defining the user stories for the best in class online transaction and marketplace experience.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute and collect user surveys & feedback. Assist the marketing team to analyze & define tests on social media channels.
- Develop an understanding of company's products to meet the current and future analytic needs.
- Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends & competitor's offerings.
- Assist the teams make data driven decisions to achieve short and long-term goals relating to product growth. Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall product analysis capabilities.
- Research and be updated with upcoming technologies and trends in digital product analytics.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience of 2+ years in digital product analytics.
- Sound understanding of mobile & web ecosystem including mobile applications, websites, web-applications & software tools.
- In-depth knowledge & hands on experience of digital analytics software like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Firebase, Facebook Analytics.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
