Digital Practice Consultant - Healthcare Payer Domain - IT Services Firm

Digital Practice Consultant - Payer Domain for a fast growing IT Services organization enabling Digital Transformation in Healthcare industry.

Role:

- Practice consists of domain specialists working with US Healthcare clients assisting them to achieve breakthrough business results and sustained performance improvement.

- Target and assist clients solve business problems related to reducing administrative and medical costs, improving health outcomes, improving member/patient and provider experience, improving regulatory compliance etc.

- Assist in lead generation through value propositions by providing domain specialists support.

- Lead Payer industry thought leadership development.

- Collaborate to incubate new solutions/services/products.

- Drive joint partnerships and co-creation of services/offerings with strategic partners.

- Provide domain support for Payer business specific offering and asset development

- Assist in domain specific content creation for Marketing campaigns.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree/Master's degree with 8+ years experience

- Enterprise Healthcare Payer business process knowledge

- Broad understanding of healthcare digital products, services, workflows, and competitive landscape

- Experience developing solutions in the healthcare space that translate into client outcomes

- Experience in consulting business development experience identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and closing deals

- Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and customer trends

- Analytical and strategic thinking skills and demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of client stakeholders
