Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and coordinate multimedia content that aligns with the digital media strategy.

- Develop and manage the digital media budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.

- Stay current with emerging digital media technologies and platforms, making recommendations for their integration into our strategy.

- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to leverage their expertise and expand our digital presence.

- Assist in creating comprehensive reports for management, summarizing the results and impact of digital media campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Proven experience as a Digital Media Strategist or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Proficiency in using analytics and digital marketing tools.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to create compelling ad content.

- Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.

- Demonstrated success in driving results through digital media campaigns.
