The key expectations of the role :
- Formulate strategy as per the client's objective to meet digital media goals.
- Creating a media mix for achieving brand's objective
- Responsible for creating integrated media plans across digital avenues.
- Negotiate, purchase and maintain online media for various accounts, securing competitive rates and appropriate added value.
- Ideating on the Social media strategy for the current clients and for new client proposals
- Share articles/contribute to PR with respect to Media and our thoughts and inputs on digital media
- Track media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance and keeping track of category wise learnings, KPI benchmark basis analysis of campaign level data.
- Build thought leadership in the industry and within the team by sharing media decks and various approaches that digital can shape a brand's presence.
- Identify opportunities of additional business from new and existing clients
- Manage projects, where you shall be leading the project, client servicing and close the project, per the requirements.
- Insights mining for target audience using secondary research tools
- Keeping track of category wise learnings, KPI benchmarks basis analysis of campaign level data
The Individual: (education and experience) :
Essential :
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience with creating media proposals for digital, social, search engine campaigns.
Desirable :
- A Post graduate degree or diploma in management.
- Experience in selling digital media solutions.
