MUST HAVE:-
- Premier B-Schools (IIM's, SIMB, TISS, MICA, IIFT, FMS, MDI, XLRI, NMIMS, IMT Ghaziabad, IISWBM, NITIE, GIM, TAPMI, etc)
- Need incumbents with 9- 12 Years working experience in Digital/New Media Marketing – who are from media agency- who is handling New Media (Mass communications using digital technologies such as social media, Internet, etc) / Digital Media for/in FMCG vertical OR From Corporate FMCG / FMCD Companies with FMCG based Digital Media Marketing experience.
ROLE PURPOSE:-
Understand the brand marketing strategy/needs and ideate relevant integrated brand marketing and media solutions through New Media/ Digital Media
Initiate new media/ digital strategy driving brand saliency/ market share etc among targeted consumers ensuring a 360 degree media strategy fit
JOB ROLE:-
- Monitoring all activities such as events, brand activation, advertising concepts and promotions and integration possibilities with mobile and digital marketing
- Have proficient analytical, communication and team management skills. Organize various knowledge sharing and training initiatives on experiential and digital marketing modules.
- Manage the digital (or on-line) elements of the marketing mix, integrates with off-line (print, PR etc.)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's) and involve in strategic side of things like setting KPI's.
- Work with other departments (sales, customer services, HR etc.) to ensure the implementation of the marketing plan is well coordinated, aligned and consistent and also meets the objectives pertaining to the business.
- React in real time to change the online ad copy based on behaviour and analytical data.

THE APPROACH SHOULD INCLUDE:-
Focus on innovation, efficiency and scalability
Efficient implementation of plan.
Monitoring all activities such as events, brand activation, advertising concepts and promotions and integration possibilities with mobile and digital marketing
Managing brand's web presence, deployment of new techniques and technology to make the site more effective
Alongside to maintain and update proficiencies in the internet space & develop research and insights that will help the brand to further develop and evolve
Organize various knowledge sharing and training initiatives on experiential and digital marketing modules.
DIGITAL NEEDS FOR CLIENT:-
In near future the Digital & New media activities will be significant. HUL is already at around 400 Cr spends on digital (including activation)
We need to be fully geared up, for which the Digital & New Media Head is required to prepare the roadmap.
