Digital media Marketing manager/ Digital media specialist

Our Client has built a world class Expansion team with a handful of outstanding individuals who are the best in what they do. The individuals are handpicked and comes from a wide range of background in terms of their education and experience.

As the Digital Media Marketing Manager (DMMM), you-ll be responsible for managing and delivering all digital media activities. In this highly visible role, a successful hire will - own- Digital media and will be directly accountable to results.

The first order of business is to assess our current social media marketing processes and strategies. Along with the company stakeholders, the DMMM will create and implement the Digital media strategy framework that will be applied to internal digital media program. This position is far from boring!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develops and manages overall social media strategy (objectives, metrics, strategies & tactics, timeline, accountabilities)

2. Identifies, selects and manages outside vendors and third party tools

3. Ensures all corporate social profiles are properly claimed, optimized, promoted and managed

4. Manages brand voice of company in social media

5. Trains employees to monitor & engage in social media

6. Works with senior management to ensure social media is integrated into the cultural fabric

7. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

8. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

9. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social contentModerate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

10. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

11. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

12. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Required Skills:

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager

Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software

Experience with visual communication principles

Familiarity with web design and content management systems

Excellent analytical and project management skills

An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field

Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

Self motivated

Highly organised

Required Experience:

4+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role.

4+ Years of Social Media Marketing in a B2B capacity. In other words, the primary target audience you- ve been chatting up on social media over the past couple years are business people, professionals, decision makers, and industry thought leaders.

4+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and SlideShare.

Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins.

Worked as a full time employee.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.

Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks- native web apps, 3rd party social media tools, and - the internet- to run it all.
