Owned Media - Website & Portals Development

- Revamping the website, competitive tracking and benchmarking

- Creation of new customer portal including content, functionalities & design

- Building sales & service functionality into the portals

- Co-ordination with internal depts. for managing content/functionalities

- Displays good knowledge of and has implemented website analytics viz. Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics

Earned Media - Social Media Marketing

- Manage the social media marketing/viral initiatives & drive engagement activities

- Responsible for and to drive enterprise social media initiative in the organization

- Work closely with the agency on social media listening (online reputation management)

Paid Media - Online & Mobile Marketing

- Work closely with the digital agency and partners on technology development

- Manage campaign operations

- Achieve set business and brand objectives

Qualifications, Number of years of experience:

MBA (Preferable) with around 4-5 years of experience

Essential:

- Should have preferably worked in a similar function with a Digital/Online agency or a brand

- Website Development Experience – Usage as a marketing and tool including good knowledge of technical aspects

- Experience in Search, Social Media Marketing and Online campaign management

CTC- upto 10 lacs pa
