Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work on our B2C InsurTech product, utilizing their skills and experience to scale it and drive growth. Experience in the FinTech or InsurTech industries, particularly with B2C Apps, is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and execute innovative, data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with product features and market opportunities.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze user behavior, marketing campaign performance, and other key metrics to inform decision-making. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

- User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience, with a focus on user onboarding, engagement, and retention.

- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to ensure our product and marketing strategy remains relevant and effective.

- Product Messaging and Positioning: Create clear, compelling messaging and competitive product positioning that resonates with our customers and differentiates our offering in the market.

- Product Launches: Conceptualize and create customer and internal GTM-facing assets such as product pitches, persona cards, product demos, promotional videos, solution articles, etc. for new feature launches and enhancements. Partner with Product Managers to create a cadence of enablement for monthly product releases.

- Product and Feature Adoption: Drive adoption of the product and features amongst the customer base by planning and executing in-product campaigns.

- Sales Enablement: Consistently communicate the value proposition to internal GTM teams, customers, and partners, providing high-value sales tools, training, and collateral.

- Customer Engagement: Provide timely updates to customers on feature releases, bug fixes, and major announcements proactively and consistently.

- Evangelism: Develop thought-leadership content, blogs, etc., to serve as a company and product spokesperson, enhancing the company's reputation in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within the FinTech or InsurTech industry.

- Proven experience with B2C Apps.

- Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.

- Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- A strong customer focus and a passion for improving user experience.
