Role: Sr Associate/Assistant Manager - User Acquisition/Digital Marketing

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Notice Period: 15 to 30 days

Job description:

Plan and execute user acquisition & growth programs for Web & App; including:

- Paid campaigns on FB / Google/ Ad Networks for users and app downloads

- Organic campaigns via social media & SEO

- Retention & re-engagement via Notifications & Emails

- Develop new initiatives and experiments

- Measure and report performance of programs & experiments, and assess against goals for CAC & Retention

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights

- Evaluate emerging technologies

Key Skills

- Proficiency on usage of paid ad platforms (FB, Google)

- Email marketing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Mastery over Excel

- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CleverTap, Branch, etc

- Eye for design and product

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of web or app development/ coding

- Ability to write DB queries (SQL)

- Some experience with UI/ UX/ Product
