The role:

Key responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.

- Collaborate with clients to develop effective marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.

Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for clients.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Determine the most effective marketing channels and tactics to reach the target audience and achieve client objectives.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising.

- Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client's brand guidelines and messaging.

Creative Development:

- Work closely with creative teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators, to develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials.

- Provide clear and concise briefs to the creative team and collaborate throughout the creative development process to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials.

Digital Marketing:

- Leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to drive online visibility and engagement. This may include managing social media accounts, optimizing websites for search engines (SEO), running digital advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Brand Management:

- Help clients develop and maintain a strong brand identity.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials and channels.

- Monitor brand perception and make recommendations for brand positioning and messaging improvements.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to gather insights about consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage marketing budgets for client campaigns.

- Monitor and track expenses to ensure that projects stay within budgetary constraints.

- Provide regular financial reports to clients and stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Client Reporting and Presentation:

- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, summarizing campaign performance, key metrics, and insights.

- Present marketing strategies, plans, and campaign results to clients, effectively communicating the value and impact of marketing initiatives
