- Extensive experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.) behavior analysis and channel management
- Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, other paid media/ organic marketing
- Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization
- Perform multivariant experiments and A/B testing.
- Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore
- Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
