This role will design and execute social campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that maximizes our advertising efforts across emerging and established Social platforms. This role requires someone with a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and flawless execution.

Responsibilities
- Owns planning, implementation, management and optimization of Social, Display and Video campaigns.
- Design testing agenda to understand the drivers of our advertising impact.
- Partner with technology and research teams analyses data, derive insights, and guide our automated advertising capabilities.
- Evaluate new ad tech, social/messaging platforms and creative ad formats
1. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in English and attention to detail
- 5+ years- experience in digital marketing particularly in the Social Advertising space.
- Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
- Ability to develop creative, effective approaches to difficult challenges
- Understanding of online, offline, and partner marketing strategy development and channel execution
- Must be comfortable with advanced Excel/SQL and capable of managing large data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across multiple locales and business units
- Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
2. Preferred Qualifications
- MBA ( Premier Institute)
- Experience in running digital/social promotions from inception through execution and maintenance
- Multiple years of experience in social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
- Knowledge of social advertising and its role within the online advertising ecosystem
- Experience with organic social
- Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels and multiple functions in an organization.
- Have demonstrated skill at initiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships with third parties, including navigating complex and creative co-marketing arrangements with partners
- Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams
- Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, and grows fast
- Working knowledge of SQL and large data set management
