Key Responsibilities: - Building, planning and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy across paid media channels like Google, Bing, Facebook, Tik Tok, Affiliates, Criteo, RTB, etc. - Responsible for owning growth across paid media channels including but not limited to performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, user lifecycle management and retention. - Define and develop strategy and roadmap for all inorganic user acquisition and retention activities for the platform. - Creative eye for design and experience working within brand guidelines. Thematising and briefing for content and creatives as per the campaign objective, sales and other promotional activities. - Evaluating business metrics and performance metrics for end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report across all media channels and assess goals and KPIs. - Ability to visualize and report on important data metrics across both business and marketing. - Complete ownership of analytics to not only drive optimization of marketing campaigns but provide feedback to Tech and Product to improve and iterate the product and user experience. - Train, Nurture, and Manage the performance marketing team to upskill the team while improving efficiency. - Be aware of emerging technologies, be able to evaluate them and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Must Haves: - 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing. - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, Affiliates, Facebook, display, app and shopping campaigns - Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Similarweb, Attribution tools like Branch, etc and has been deeply involved with the product/tech team in setting these tools up. - Basic understanding of data fetching through queries and API calls. - Understanding of data, attribution models and reporting across platforms. - Highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that meet the required KPIs.
