Performance & Acquisition:

1. Achieve periodic Performance Marketing and Lead Nurturing goals at an optimal cost across multiple sources Search, Display, Social, Native, Programmatic, Email/ SMS Partnership and Affiliate platforms

2. Formulate and execute the customer acquisition strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase and cross-sell

3. Strategize all aspects of digital campaigns campaign from conceptualization, to budget planning, research, targeting, account structuring, copy and creative, Ad Rank improvisations, conversion funnel optimization, customer acquisition cost management, channel attribution and A/B testing.

4. Manage investments on campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon Marketing Services.

5. Understand user behaviour during acquisition, conversion, and retention stages. Build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle

6. Work with the digital agency to optimize media buying decisions by using vast sources of data campaign reports, internal databases, competitor analysis and market intelligence

7. Own and maintain site analytics, metrics around user web journey till conversion.

8. Analyse and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

9. Perform extensive campaign analysis daily, weekly, monthly to find growth opportunities.

Organic:

1. Conduct keyword research & align with marketing and business objectives to execute the SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page & tech optimization in close coordination with partner agency to drive incremental organic traffic & conversions

2. Conceptualize content inform of Blogs, editorials & closed forum content postings in-line with campaigns/priorities

Social & Influencer:

1. Conduct keyword research & align with marketing and business objectives to execute the SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page & tech optimization in close coordination with partner agency to drive incremental organic traffic & conversions

2. Conceptualize content inform of Blogs, editorials & closed forum content postings in-line with campaigns/priorities
