The role is critical for long-term strategy and is one of the pivotal roles for nurturing future leaders. The core deliverables of the role are creating and implementing the marketing programs and campaigns for the brand, through deep consumer insights and charting the long-term strategic growth road map for the brand.   Success in this role will require a close relationship with cross-functional teams including marketing colleagues, global marketing and key customers. A good understanding of the external market and competitor activities is essential. As India is a fast-growing market, there is also the opportunity to work with the Global marketing teams to provide input to the development of new propositions and to pilot new initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and will lead the digital strategy for both consumer and B2B brands.   He/She will be:   - Responsible for managing media strategy across all digital and social media platforms.   - Manage rollout of all digital platforms designed and managed by it's global team, while ensuring localization as per the Indian target audience needs   - Use the Global social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr),Own Digital platforms & Paid Digital platforms to engage with the customers on an ongoing basis while leveraging global and local promotions and campaigns   - Manage and implement digital media buying while working closely with the media agency and ensuring maximum return on spends   - Measure and monitor all digital campaigns on a regular basis taking corrective actions wherever required   - Manage online public relations contacts & social outreach with public relations partners   He/She will work with both local and Global agencies to continuously improve the efficiency of ways of working and making speed to market efficiency higher.   Requirements   - MBA with specialization in Marketing with 5-7 years of work experience   - Expertise in executing social media marketing and digital platforms   - Familiarity with digital analytics & media tracking tools (Google Analytics), SEO and SEM   - Social community management experience including online reputation management   - Experience in handling budgets and end-to-end execution of marketing plans   - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different functions
