Job location: Mumbai
Primary Objective :
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing and ecommerce strategy.
- Work closely with the brand marketing, product marketing and ecommerce sales team to develop the digital roadmap for the company
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead performance marketing (Engagement metrics on Social Media platforms) on digital platforms for Company
- Responsible for driving discoverability of brand through SEO & SEM
- Lead Company website revamp based results of UX/UI research results. Actions on Navigation bar, Homepage, Product and product details page and brochure zone to taken post research evaluation based on the feedback.
- Lead Campaign Planning & Execution across digital platforms (SEO/SEM. Google- Display/Shopping/Search/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social media, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics.
- OnPage and Off page Optimization, Keywords Tracking, Organic and Paid Sessions, Competitor Analysis
- Support the brand team on development of brand digital assets
- Support the product marketing team on developing A+ brand content Handle multiple agencies digital, media and ecommerce liaising closely with the brand and the Product marketing teams.
- Shape and scale our digital and performance marketing efforts
- Identify and collaborate with right partners to enhance digital know-how and ensure usability of digital platforms
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever appropriate.
- Build ORM process and Track ORM responses from company to consumer within SLA (with help of agency resource)
Skills :
- Website Design, UI/UX understanding, creating wireframes, Understanding of Meta Tags/Description, Header Tags. Image Alt tags etc.
- Understanding of Basic SEO Parameters, Google Search Engine, creative Ad copies, Blog writing, Content Development etc.
- Ecommerce- Understanding of performance marketing indicators for driving growth on Ecommerce platforms (Amazon and Flipkart)
- Understanding of SEM, % SOV for Company and competition, Ad copies etc.
- Problem Solving, Data analysis, Process Monitoring, etc
