Myly is an Ed-tech company focusing on helping the teacher-student-parent population to interact, collaborate and consume educational solutions on a social marketplace platform. As Digital Marketing Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote company's products and services in their target market. The candidate shall play a critical role in enhancing the brand awareness and product/service offerings in the digital space, leading to higher number of visitors, leads and customers. The key roles and responsibilities, are listed below, and we expect the incumbent to devise and deliver the most appropriate and cost-effective strategy to meet the business objectives for each product and service. - Create a holistic digital marketing strategy to suit the product/services vision - Create strategies, plans and milestones for lead generation by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns - Make the brand website for each product/service a potent tool to generate enquiries by ensuring effective SEO and most updated content. - Devise content generation, delivery and user engagement strategies - Ensuring brand presence and high visibility on third party blogs, referral websites - Managing and growing brands social media presence on relevant social platforms - Identifying and partnering with referral websites, for paid promotion or cross promotion - Closely work with business development team to refine the lead generation process and plan innovative campaigns like existing client referrals, etc. to generate qualified leads - Closely work with website development team, graphic design team and other team members to ensure delivery of planned activities - Continuously increasing the quality of digital presence and brand recall among the target group - Engage existing users with relevant strategies to keep them engaged and increasing the net promoter score - Branding and promoting the founders and senior management as thought leaders in the relevant industry forums, social media etc. - Plan event participation and complete branding during the event - Plan and design sales collateral for each product/service Skills Required : - Demonstrated ability to design and plan for coordinated digital campaigns across different channels to address different stages of the buyer/user journey. - Ability to create metrices to measure success of digital marketing efforts on both qualitative and quantitative parameters. - Highly data driven with no personal biases towards any strategy or channel - Ability to judiciously allot resources and capital across various marketing channels to aim for highest possible marketing ROI. - Demonstrated results using Search Engine Marketing, including managing paid campaigns on Google Ad Words search, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant networks. - Demonstrated success in managing Social Media Marketing campaigns - Experience in using at least one marketing automation tool like HubSpot or similar.
