Job Description

You will ideate, collaborate, and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates branding, marketing automation, digital, social, and offline channels.

You will deliver successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across a variety of channels.

The role reports to the Head Marketing and works closely with the leadership of University to evaluate and develop marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved in building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.

The role is expected to perform and deliver the outlined responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Formulation

- Identifying, crafting, and implementing Marketing strategy for new Franchisee Acquisition and Enrollment and Brand Building.

- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan for each product (course); directing promotional support.

- Creation of campaigns to help meet business objectives.

- Marketing, Consumer Engagement, New center launches, Media Planning and Management.

- Lead the organizations brands portfolio strategy which comprehensively addresses market and competitors.

Digital and social media

- Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the digital and social strategy.

- Digital Marketing includes SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, and social campaigns.

- Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy.

- Connected to the latest thinking in digital technologies, trends, innovations, and activations which maximize engagement.

- Monitor digital tools, analytics, and trends to understand the target market and what, where how and why content is consumed by the customers.

Brand Communication:

- Experience in building brands using powerful insights on culture and creating impactful, ROI-driven communication campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

- Lead the creation of multi-format content across all brands.

- Continuously and effectively strategies brand positioning, visibility, trials, and communication for the respective Brand portfolio.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor products, pricing and other market intelligence.

- Monitor monthly volume and industry performance to generate meaningful insights.

People Management

- Works with cross-functional teams, leading marketing efforts.

- Aims at building a consumer-facing innovative culture at the organization.

Employee Profile

- MBA Marketing with 5 - 8 years of relevant marketing experience driving innovation marketing solution to ensure competitive edge.

- Flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.

- Strong Networking and Presentation skills

- Drive margin drivers and run specific plans to push partner acquisition and enrollments.

- Develop a guiding, consultative, sales and customer service approach through marketing communication.

- Provide adequate marketing support to launch innovative products and service solutions.

- Create strong customer centric processes and always ensure compliance.

- Should have excellent communication & information management skills.

- Should be able to identify and integrate online and offline marketing strategy as per need.
