Job Description:
Founded by a former Google employee with experience in building global products and running sales across Asia, the company is an ecommerce company specializing in B2B procurement of industrial products. The business model of the company got further validation when Mr. Ratan Tata picked up a stake in it. It has also raised a pre-Series A funding from Accel Partners and Jungle Ventures. The funds are being used to enhance the technology platform, build a deep supplier base as well as increase marketing spends across Asia.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you would need to :
Plan, design and execute online customer acquisition and brand outreach campaigns
Scale and manage PPC and PPM campaigns across multiple channels
Plan and manage social media, Email, Affiliate and content marketing campaigns
Work in conjunction with cross functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing Campaigns
Measure, analyze and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
Manage email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers
Edit / Write content for marketing collaterals such as ad copies, landing pages, etc
Manage the SEO, SEM and SMM strategy for the brand and drive traffic
Candidate Profile:
Skilled in building demand generation programs, refining lead qualification parameters
Adept in plucking insights from market research and applying competitive advantages to drive interest
Proficient with social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
Familiarity with manufacturing environment and ecommerce companies preferred
Professional with considerable business maturity, intellect, integrity, energy and enthusiasm
Productive amid highly volatile work priorities and flexible budget conditions
Salary range: 10 - 15 LPA
