It currently has more than 15,000 outlets across the country in traditional general trade as well as regional modern trade. It is also present in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East and USA.
As a Digital Marketing Manager-Ecommerce, you will be responsible for marketplace management, digital advertising and content creation particularly on marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, and Flipkart.
What you will do:
- Managing and optimizing product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Facebook, and Flipkart
- Monitoring and improving the visibility and ranking of our products
- Implementing effective pricing and promotion strategies
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook and Google Ads
- Monitoring ad performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance ROI
- Creating compelling and engaging product descriptions, images, and videos to attract and retain customers
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop marketing materials
- Conducting keyword research and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Managing paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Regularly analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement
- Generating reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in e-commerce, with a focus on marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, and Flipkart
- Deep knowledge of the personal care and beauty industry
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus
