Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with customers to increase brand
awareness and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and provide recommendations to improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to budget and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and engaging with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
