Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day to day content, website management and reporting of Fitness First India websites, microsites and digital communication, ensuring all content is fresh, to a consistent high standard and meets our brand strategy. The key responsibilities of the role include

Provide essential support to the Marketing team in crafting the desired professional representation of the business.

The development of appropriate, optimized content and campaigns to drive Fitness First objectives online both in terms of member acquisition and member retention

Liaising with the appropriate digital marketing agencies to ensure the optimisation of the website for digital lead generation activities.

Evaluating the success of web work, including setting key performance indicators, monitoring visitor statistics, feedback and participation.

Develop and implement design strategies and policies that enhance overall customer service delivery

Deliver results on time, and to budget thereby assisting the business in reaching financial and operational targets
