Martech Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate, select, and implement marketing technology solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate martech solutions seamlessly into existing processes.
Digital Asset Management:
- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of digital assets, including images, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Implement and manage a robust Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to streamline access and ensure version control.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure digital assets meet brand guidelines and standards.
- Managing the different Digital Marketing agencies (UI/UX design, MarTech Platforms, Analytics etc.)
Data-driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of marketing technology tools and campaigns.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance overall marketing performance.
- Launch and drive adoption of emerging technologies for end-to-end sales enablement across channels.
- Influence the business CXO to fast track the adoption of new digital solution and challenging the existing way of working.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Foster collaboration between marketing, IT, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of martech solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Martech and Digital Assets team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for martech initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization within the martech and digital assets landscape.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards in all MarTech and digital asset management activities.
Education:
MBA - Marketing Tier II or III B- School, at least 2 Digital Marketing Certifications
10 + Years of overall experience with 3-6 years of exp in Digital Marketing
