JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job role:

- The role will involve managing the production of digital materials for the client brand including; content, images, and any other material.

- It needs coordinating the digital production services with Account Executives, Customer team and marketing-procurement personnel. The person should be a great team player, positive and passionate about digital marketing and is able to plan, prioritize, execute and control multi- projects end to end.

- Web Development

- Social Media – development and running of social media assets like Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and Youtube channels

- Process Improvements

- Web Hosting Services

- Internet Marketing

- Strategy Reports

- Web Analytics

- Outstanding examples of recent projects they have produced

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the brand

- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures

- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

- Manage a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing (SEM), blog implementation, link-building etc.

- Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimization elements

- Impeccable time management and communication skills

- The ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects

- Managing client expectations about project details

- Identifying additional project requirements

- Fostering a positive working relationship between the vendors and the client’s internal management and staff

- Have good computer skills in all of the MOS products: particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel & Outlook.

- Enjoy working in a busy environment and representing brands

- Knowledge of project management software like MS Project will be an added advantage
