Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Plan Ownership

- Develop & implement initiatives to drive revenue through online & offline advertising, search engine marketing, marketing alliances, marketing partners (with portals, magazines, etc).

- To create Traditional and Online Marketing plans and ensure successful implementation on time and within budget.

- Well versed with social media and marketing

- Campaign/Project analysis -Track on a weekly and monthly basis campaign ROI analysis and competitor activity, product trends, volume and pricing to maintain competitiveness and to prepare regular or adhoc reports as required.

- Budget co-ordination - To ensure that the marketing budget is properly administered and recorded by following all the necessary forms and procedures

- To ensure that internal and external parties are fully briefed about all marketing campaigns and projects and that they deliver on agreed tasks on time and on budget.

- Meeting the user acquisition, brand awareness, sales and revenue targets.

Key Result Areas

1. Meeting the brand awareness, sales and revenue targets.

2. Meeting the customer targets of new and repeat businesses through campaigns and partnerships.

3. Managing the marketing and operating expenses within allocated budget.
