Role : Digital Marketing Lead

What you'll do:
- Manage our India marketing team including two campaign managers, a creative designer, and a front-end developer.
- Work with our US-based content marketing and demand generation teams to build out our marketing content (including the website, blog, sales collateral, etc.) and lead generation programs.
- You'll be responsible for managing projects and people while also directly contributing to the growth of our marketing programs across paid, SEO, CRO, content, sales enablement, etc.
- You should have an understanding of high-level marketing strategy but also be detail-oriented enough to get into the details of campaign management or our marketing automation system.
- While this is intended to be a managerial role, we are a startup and everyone is expected to get there hands dirty working with data, customers, and the product to ensure the success of the enterprise.
- This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the co-founders and the leadership team.
Your experience and skills :
- Undergraduate degree from top tier university.
- MBA from top tier program preferred
- 3-6 years of marketing work experience. Prior management experience and experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consumer internet in a marketing role preferred.
- Understanding of B2B software business models, paid marketing channels (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Deep experience in at least one of : paid marketing, SEO, marketing automation
- Experience messaging to a sophisticated, global, English-speaking audience
- Strong analytical skills (Excel skills required, SQL preferable)
- Great writing and communication skills (English)
