Role Summary
The Digital marketing lead is responsible to work closely with the traditional marketing team and also manage the brand's digital media and ensure the successful visibility of the brand in the digital media.
Role Responsibilities
1. Understand the brand's requirements and take end-to-end responsibility for the brand's performance in the digital space.
2. Work closely with the digital agency and ensure the successful execution of the digital projects
3. Understand and define the task for each campaign, keeping in mind the budget and make optimal deployment of same.
4. Must ensure timely execution of campaigns and other marketing tasks
5. Must ensure timelines are met with accuracy
6. Must communicate all requirements and information to the agency on time
7. Responsible for developing guidelines as per the brand's specifics
8. Responsible for formulating analysis plan
9. Must be able to develop digital marketing strategies and implement the same
10. Must be able to train the team and ensure targets and timelines are met
11. Should be able to own the integrated duties of communication in the absence of a marketing team
Skills Required
1. Must have had experience of working as a digital marketing specialist
2. Working for an e-commerce agency and dealing with different brands will be an advantage
3. Digital marketing certifications will be preferred with prior experience in formulating digital marketing strategies
4. Strong overall marketing experience with expertise in digital marketing
5. Decision-making capability and taking complete ownership of tasks
