Executive -- Digital Marketing -- MNC Durable Major
Principal responsibilities:
1. Will need to manage activities, training, promotions, plans, recruitment as well as quality and efficiency at the Cos Helpline
2. All Customer interactions - Social Media, User Forum, Complaint web-sites and also a complete synergy of such interactions on CRM.
3. Implementation of all social media activities and pages that Company owns across brands. Maintenance of all pages as well as other consumer facing platforms with emphasis on quality and a timely response doubled with engagement
4. Competitor activities to be continually mapped against Cos on social media
5. Will act as a common face to consumer accumulating and dissipating the right information with the help of all the brand teams
