Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a digital transformation project with a prominent financial services player.

To support this initiative, they are seeking to onboard a Digital Marketing Consultant who will play a pivotal role in infusing growth-oriented thinking into the client's ventures at every stage, from ideation to customer adoption.

The consultant's responsibilities include evolving industry standards for growth marketing practices, rapidly devising transformative strategies for validating, launching, and scaling ventures. This work spans across product, marketing, and technology, with a focus on leveraging the symbiotic relationship between them. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test-and-learn approach, the consultant will strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities, ensuring best-in-class customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead growth strategy, execution, and optimization for one of the client's digital businesses.

- Own a multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs, encompassing owned, earned, and paid media tactics.

- Define, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated multi-variant tests with quantitative significance.

- Act as the authority within a multi-disciplinary team to determine the optimal strategy for identifying unit economics and go-to-market approaches.

- Collaborate with growth leadership to drive the development of growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use.

- Convert insights into action by overseeing the customer acquisition process from ideation to execution.

- Define and validate core KPIs and unit economics, such as cost per metrics (CAC), retention, ROI, and LTV to drive business success.

- Embrace an agile and iterative approach, continuously seeking unexploited growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 10+ years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.

- Strong background in strategy and planning, with hands-on experience using paid media tools such as Facebook Power Editor and Google AdWords.

- Expert knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, and AppsFlyer.

- Passion for growth marketing, customer adoption, product launches, and scaling digital products and services.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, analyzing, synthesizing, recommending, and taking actions.

- Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience in proliferating B2C or B2B facing digital products and services.

- Proficiency in various growth techniques, including SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social, paid media, community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc.

- The client is looking for candidates who not only possess the necessary skills and experience but also share a genuine passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services.


- Additionally, this opportunity will be on an initial 6-month contract, and the consultant is required to be available on-site in Mumbai for the entire duration of the project.
