1 Must be able to ideate, develop,implement and manage the digital strategy across platforms that can help drive business KPI- s

2 Must work with the Manager to continually increase loyalty and engagement for the program

3 Must be able to plan and manage digital marketing budgets in terms of ROI for all Adspends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

4 Must be able to perform Competitor scans and follow strategies adopted by them closely.

5 Must be able to run SEO as well as Google Search campaigns independently

6 Process implementation, including defining and tracking programs. - Optimization and bid management of PPC campaignsAnalyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI

7 Must be proficient and hands on experience of using web analytics tools like adobe site catalyst& Google Analytics, click stream,heat maps and such

8 Must be able to showcase performance of digital campaigns and how it is able to drive business KPI's for the program

9. Must be able to come up with new and creative growth strategies

10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end -to -end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

11. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
