- Setting campaign strategy & execution for SEM campaigns, Display campaigns & Paid Social Media campaigns while liaising with global teams
- Identifying relevant media entities and maintaining relationships; identifying advertising and outreach opportunities
- Working with & supporting other marketing functions
- Constantly identifying the relevant owned / external media scope and proposing data- driven experimentation to achieve Marketing objectives
- MBA/ Post Graduate degree (Marketing/ Communications/ Advertising)
- 1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing oriented towards awareness, lead generation objectives
- Strong knowledge of Basic Marketing concepts
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, solve problems and take initiative
- Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
- Passionate about Technology and interested to work with technology
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-motivated, Goal Driven, High-energy and strong team player
- Strong work ethics, organized and quick Learner
Desired Skills :
- In-depth understanding of using digital as a channel and a platform to achieve business objectives
- Understanding of conversion funnels and ROI calculation for digital
- Understanding of digital analytics and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics / Coremetrics etc.)
- Must have good experience creating and driving campaigns on SEM platforms like Google Adwords
- Detailed knowledge of social media platforms
- Working knowledge of paid social media campaigns
- Understanding of digital affiliate marketing and identifying and working with external media and partners
- Preferably experienced in working with Programmatic Media Buying / Ad Exchanges like GDN etc.
- Experience in working with Content Management Systems & knowledge of HTML, CSS will be a bonus.
