Digital Experience Manager

PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Blends web analytics, customer insight and UX/UI best practices to develop strategies which deliver outstanding digital customer experiences.

- Develops effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders, combined with excellent communication, planning and implementation skills will ensure that these strategies are executed brilliantly.

- Create vison, leads and manages the overall digital customer experience.

- Drive and models a continuous improvement culture.

- Actively seeks website and customer data and insights to drive informed understanding of how our customers use our digital interfaces, and what improvements could be actioned to improve the UX experience.

- Continually test and track journeys and propositions to ensure they are driving the correct behavior and delivering optimal UX results. Produce growth plans to drive results, and recovery plans if performance is not meeting expectations.

- Develop and deliver innovative content strategies to effectively showcase propositions and drive engaging customer experiences.

- Identify, scope and prioritize website and content enhancements/developments required to improve UX metrics and business performance.

- Manage the delivery, and communication, of key programs of change, including continuous improvement activities and the development roadmap.

- Work with the broader marketing team to ensure that the websites are effectively optimized for organic search through the implementation of effective SEO strategies.

- Ensure that stakeholders are appropriately trained and supported to deliver outstanding UX alongside their regular online content change activities.

SKILLS & WORK STYLE:

- Ability to be passionate about digital and customer experience: aware of the latest digital trends and acts as an advocate.

- Ability to be innovative, with a track record of challenging the status quo.

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive, with strong, creative problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrable skills showing expertise in UX and UI, digital content management and site optimization techniques, preferably at both a strategic and operational level.

- Strong knowledge of web design and SEO best practices.

- Excellent organizational skills: able to create plans, manage multiple projects, working to deadlines and changing priorities.

- Outstanding communication skills are essential, particularly being able to explain technical concepts to people without deep technical knowledge.

- Ability to create and deliver strategies and plans.

- Ability to build strong working relationships across wide and varied business areas, effectively manage stakeholders and bring people with you.

- Effective budget ownership and management skills.

- Excellent working knowledge of CMS and web content management tools.

- Knowledge of SEO (e.g. meta tags, meta descriptions, titles, alt- tags, keyword research).

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other campaign management tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's/PG degree combined with 3 years of experience in a digital and/or customer relationship role using data to drive decision making, create plans and affect change.

- Experience with enterprise-class digital execution best practices, technologies, vendor ecosystems, and industry trends.

- Experience successfully managing external agencies and suppliers.

- Experience building websites on various platforms, including Sana and Shopify.

- Experience in designing and implementing targeted email/SMS marketing campaigns focusing on customer engagement and retention.

- Digital design and content production experience is desirable.

- Experience of implementing and analyzing A/B, or multi variant testing, is highly beneficial.

- High intellectual curiosity, drive, and proactivity.
