Digital Lead - Public Relations & Communication - F&B/Luxury

Job Description :

- The incumbent will be accountable for all content marketing & media initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.

- Lead digital & content strategy for the portfolio of brands to drive consumer engagement. - Design digital content strategy across social, digital, PR and campaign media and closely monitor creative output, traffic metrics and actual outcomes

- Highly collaborative with brand & event managers and with external agencies to convey a unique brand voice for each brand and authentic content.

- Responsible for aligning the initiatives to campaign & innovation calendars and developing a cohesive content production powerhouse between brand activation, content and media managers.

- Identify and on-board agency partners to implement best in class practices for content and community management for each brand.

- Custodian of the Content and Media Calendar for all markets

- Research and define brand content opportunities; develop a strategy to increase brand awareness

- Analyze digital efforts against set KPIs and report out results with actionable insights

- Implement and customize website analytics; track and analyze website data via Google Analytics
