Digital Lead - IT Services

We are hiring for a Digital Lead (15 to 20yrs exp.) for a leading MNC into IT Services.

Role and Responsibilities :

- To create a business unit focused digital strategy

- To create a resource strategy to build the Digital thought leadership within the BU

- Apply existing technologies on existing client processes

- Create a digital value proposition for the domain for new and existing clients

- To create a Digital work plan (based on the strategy) for the BU;

a. Align with the solution center on the work plan

b. Develop implementation plan within the vertical

- Participate actively in the Digital Organization (discuss latest tech, share BU experience, provide expertise, contribute to use cases and knowledge repository)

Technology depth :

- Credible experience with digital; including mobile, workflow, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, RPA, cloud architectures, IOT & Blockchain and agile, design thinking led development.

Strong combination of industry domain, technology, consultative/consultative sale skills Preference to industry experience from the relevant BU (Financial Services, Insurance, Travel/Transportation, Utilities & Healthcare)
