Major responsibilities include defining, driving and growing the digital advertising sales, brand, audience acquisition and digital subscriptions. - KRAs also include developing partnerships in order to increase the brand recall, value and to provide strategic oversight, vision and leadership to the digital product and the revenue generating function. - He/she should also be able to grow digital advertise revenues, with new product development, strategic client engagements, online events, and extensively work with clients and create cutting edge digital solutions, articulate and execute a robust strategy for clients to use the digital model for their growth. - Proven track record in understanding ever changing digital space, managing a smart team of digital ad professionals, content writers, market research and the technology team. The professional should have prior experience in providing digital solutions in video, mobile, white papers, webcasts, e news letters, setting up a digital COE or a brand studio internally, to name a few. - Outstanding leadership abilities with a strong understanding of technology is a must to deliver the results. - Ideal professional will be in his early forties with an Engineering and MBA or an equivalent qualification and at least 5 years in a leadership role managing the revenue growth in fast paced Digital Business.
