We have the immediate opening for Digital Head for Digital Branding and PR agency - Mumbai - Malad West

Key Responsibility Areas -

- Lead contact between agency and clients, strengthening business relationships, with ultimate responsibility for the line-of-business accounts

- Head the Digital Team whilst providing relevant solutions to team mates and clients to achieve organizational and brand objectives respectively

- Creating digital strategy for key client (s)

- Spot and pitch brands digital solutions imperative to have understand the environment and mindset of team and identify prospective brands accordingly

- Primary support on the brand campaign strategy and getting the execution done

- Responsible to provide direction to create great content (copy and visual) on a real-time basis to stimulate consumer engagement and while being relevant to the brand

- Interpreting and analyzing results data provided by teams to improve client ROI

- Track, report and regulate major client issues, as well as program reports and results

- Working across departments to ensure the right people are focused on the business and campaign needs, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, and championing the development of smart, creative and impactful campaigns

- Ability to spot trends and optimize the same both internal (employee career mapping) and external (agile communication strategies)

- Responsible to mitigate internal issues pertaining to day-to-day functioning, client delivery, career paths, conflict of interest between teams

- Responsible to ensure that team mates are directed and motivate to self-operate

- Forecasting new resource requirements post business mapping and accordingly setting up timeline to fill the new recruitment's

TARGET INDUSTRIES & EXP:

- Experience in Digital media company/online media company with proven ability to work within a team

- Experience of not less than 5 years in client servicing, pitching and digital execution
