The key areas of responsibilities for this role will be as follows :
- Driving digital adoption in-country through focus on digital customer journey and enablement
- Be abreast with the changing dynamics in the digital world and knowledge around tools and platforms which the Bank can leverage on
- Strategic approach to digital enablement - drive mutually beneficial external partnership for the Bank to leverage
- Be close to new age tech, adoption and use case review and analysis to enable Client to be ahead of the game
- Close monitoring and understanding of the external environment involving digital capabilities and competition adoption
- Leverage on changing digital landscape and draw areas of focus for the Bank from a futuristic basis
- Be the catalyst for digital adoption within the Bank and drive knowledge and education series within the Bank to upgrade knowledge levels amongst staff
- Work closely with CIO and deliver on key digital priorities for the Bank
- Engage stakeholders actively to ensure digitization
