Role Overview : Growth Manager

Location : Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

- Manage performance marketing efforts across multiple channels.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and product launches.

- Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Stay current with industry best practices and competitor strategies.

Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a growth management or similar role.

- Strong knowledge and experience in performance marketing.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Preferred :
