Digital Events Manager - Internet/Online

Responsibilities:

- Should have experience in setting up digital events in different event management platforms like Certain, On24, Inexpo, across various time zones & setting up email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization

- Create event/email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program.

- Champion continuous advancement of event/email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more.

- Experience designing and executing online customer experiences and / or implementing online marketing programs.

- Performs day-to-day event/email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

- Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, event execution as required.

- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships

- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate or above

Experience:

- 1-4 yrs. of Relevant Work Exp.

- Basic HTML knowledge & Hands on experience on event mgt. platforms like Certain, On24, etc.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Relevant production experience profiles in CERTAIN preferred.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Marketing Campaigns

Execute project management tasks related to campaign and marketing asset development including liaising with other key departments such as email development, setting up events in digital platforms.

2. Event Management

Execute events management tasks like setup, lead collection, invitation and guest list management, post-event follow-up and other event tactical tasks. Attendance of events

3. Digital Marketing

Manage database collection, including data-input, lead collection and distribution

Manage social media post and engagement

Execute eDM campaign set up, blasting and reporting

4. Marketing Operations

Handle marketing invoicing and other administrative tasks

Maintain files and history for collateral and other marketing projects.
