Digital Data Analyst
- Turn raw information into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports to provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics services and proactively support business decisions and processes
- Deliver reports and establish dashboards that integrate and report on user experience data/KPIs within platforms and across the ecosystem.com, social).
- Help evaluate and recommend data visualization platform to upgrade and integrate dashboard reporting.
- Technical integration and implementation for both the website and app, and ability to track acquisition sources and effectiveness of acquisition tactics
- Analyze data related to measurement goals, user behavior, marketing campaigns, and product usage to identify opportunities and recommendations.
- Assess impact of marketing strategies and tactics, and provide clear articulation of assessment to support optimization and future decision making/planning
- Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings, implications, and recommendations
- Collaborate with agency partners and vendors to understand and analyze the complete user experience including all the platforms, content and tactics in the digital ecosystem.
- Leverage technologies including, but not limited to, Excel, GA, GA Studio, Tableau, Mix Panel; to collect, process and perform statistical data analyses and interpret results
- Partner with Digital CoEs to bring new technologies and platforms to the team to leverage as appropriate
- Grow the revenue from engagements on digital and analytics while maintaining margins above a defined threshold
- Expand the scope of existing engagements and acquire new clients through business development activities
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, continually enhance the capabilities of the team and expand the service offerings
- Experience with app analytics and tracking is a plus
- Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
- Must have knowledge in campaign & event tagging implementation and familiarity with HTML to work with developers.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Experience in presentation of insights and recommendation to business stakeholders
- Working knowledge of technology platforms/vendors and capability to own and manage technical implementation of measurement plans
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
- Familiarity with key data sources
