Client:

Our client is a large financial services employer of choice and they are seeking a strong Digital professional. The successful candidate will be a strong, competent, E2E Digital Leader and will have a high degree of visibility amongst Senior Execs and be the go-to person for its digital strategy and building capabilities within the company.

Strategic Intent

The Digital Head will be setting up & driving the Digital strategy and Transformation for the organisation. The incumbent will drive the usage of all online channels, as well as engage with all lines of business to promote digital transformation across manual, repetitive and paper-based processes.

Accountabilities :

- Responsible for setting up & driving the Digital strategy and Transformation for the company

- Will drive the Digital, Social & Mobility Strategy across various channels in order for the company to gain a leadership position in chosen markets.

- Define, build and manage the end-to-end digital channel experience for the company

- Inculcate and adopt innovation as a practice within the function and across the company and prioritize Digital Product Initiatives

- Analyse, Plan and Execute Pilots and Proof of Concepts for Emerging and new Digital technologies

- Build digital solutions to business that will encompass all functions and seamlessly integrate with one another.

Desired Profile :

- Extensive Leadership / Change experience within Digital Technology

- Management experience in Enterprise environments

- Strong appetite for Digital best practice, innovation, and timely delivery

- Strong track record in large-scale Digital delivery and transformations across various products

- Candidates from Insurance / Banks / Financial services are preferred

Experience :

- 17 to 22 years
