Hiring for Digital Customer Analytics Professionals.

Job Description:

- Channel Analytics : Creating interest and preference graphs of visitors on social media sites to develop marketing initiatives, gauging sentiments of posts, tweets, comments on social media sites to enhance content o Identifying and targeting influencers to amplify reach and enhance brand perception.

- Campaign Analytics : Developing campaign measurement framework to effectively track social media campaigns to evaluate their impact on brand and business metrics.

- Driving analytics to define the “right” target pool for social media campaigns

- Ascertaining extent of a campaign going viral through social media

- Establishing tracking links and developing central tracking tool to enable key stakeholders in measuring and enhancing social media campaigns The successful candidate is expected to stay current in their field and up to date with the latest business statistics and data mining practices.

- The incumbent should also have an understanding and strong passion in the field of social/digital.

Qualification:

A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative analysis or MBA with quantitative specialization and significant analytical/econometric experience

- The incumbent must possess strong analytical capabilities to synthesize unstructured data and help develop business strategies to improve customer experiences, marketing objectives.

- Competency in data mining and customer segmentation techniques through SAS/SQL/open sources such as R/Python/Java

- Ability to be proactive, think quickly and make critical decisions regarding high visibility deliverables with tight timelines; often requiring the ability to make complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure

- High quality written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions

- Prior Experience In Analyzing Online Data /Web Analytics is a big plus.
