Digital & Communication Leader - Retail

Elements to take care

- The team mate will be responsible to strategize A-Z our digital strategies to secure our Digital share ambitions and work with the refrents/network that we have at country level, to align and execute those strategies (Created locally with the team in Delhi)

- Frame and execute our Organic and Paid channels strategies (Local SEO, GMB, Social media ) to reach our target ambitions for new users growth and digital wallet share.

- Measure, Analyse and co-relate the different campaigns at city level that will be launched.

- Work on Offline communication strategy for the city with the store leaders. (mall communications with expansion team , city hoardings strategy and any other ).

- Work to make Sport=Decathlon in NCR (AFS(All for Sport), Decathlon platform, strategies to boost city mileage on the already built platform)

- Catch the trends in the digital/external environment and include them in the preparation of digital strategies.

The Team mate will be based out of our office at Decathlon Cyber Hub store and will be required to work from the same store floor one day/week(in his/her passion sport) to understand things from ground.
