Key Results Areas / Key Performance Indicators:
- Draw and deliver sales plans for all the verticals that fall in Growth.
- Drive profitable sales growth across the channels.
- Drive and maintain LTV/CAC for all channels.
- Increase market share in the digital channels and increase product visibility and presence.
- Support and provide directions to teams in operations of website, e-commerce platforms, app, content platforms and any other digital D2C initiatives.
- Own key metrics - Sales, Traffic Engagement, LTV/ CAC, NPS, S&OP etc.
- Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources and strong customer loyalty.
- Drive performance across marketing channels, own budgets and ROI.
- Drive and own revenue generation from e-commerce and digital marketplaces.
- Design, prepare and maintain S&OP and channel marketing programs.
- Continually increase market share in marketplaces through a combination of product, marketing and tactical interventions.
- Lead leadership level relationships with various marketplaces.
- Liase with product and brand teams to help achieve sales objectives.
