The Digital Business Analyst role entails the following for E-commerce Business & Website:
Ecommerce :
- Act as insight provider on e-commerce marketing performance on Amazon and Flipkart
- Perform ROI analysis at campaign level and allocate budgets based on Company focus categories
- Use ECOM tools like Amazon Pi, Amazon Scout, Helium to do competition benchmarking as well as provide insights on price benchmarking
- Product sales analysis to check movement of core categories
Website:
- Identify and Extract relevant performance analysis data
- Use Google Analytics extensively to understand customer profile
- Work on the website funnel to understand where the drop-off is happening
- Analyse Google, Facebook, SMS and Email campaign results and suggest improvement areas to the team
- Maintaining customer database from multiple sources like website, service, TV shopping and use it extensively for cross-selling.
Skill Set Essentials:
Basics: Must be an engineer, preferably from a Tier 1 college (IIT, NIT, VJTI or similar)
Experience (type of): 1 -2 years
- Strong math and analytics skills with structured problem-solving skills
- Strong detail orientation and organization skills
- Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and other standard computer applications
- Strong ability to communicate with various levels of organization and customers
